Presentation to Sponsors

Our sponsors are very important to us as they are the ones who make it possible for BRAAS to make the donations it does each year.

As in previous years BRAAS holds a presentation night in a local real-ale pub for a traditional pie and a pint. This year it was held on Monday 22 August in the Riverview Bar on Church Wynd, Bo'ness.

There were 47 sponsors for the the 2010 festival and it always amazes us that even in the tight current economic climate we all find ourselves in so many local businesses and individuals give us the support they do.

Not all our sponsors are able to attend but there was a good number there from the 47 sponsors who supported the festival last year.

Also, at the event the groups and organisations receiving donations were also presented with their cheques.

Commemorative Tankard

In addition to receiving their commemorative engraved tankard they also get their beer sponsorship certificate that hangs above their sponsored beer on the bar 'washing line'. If you don't know what that is then come along this year and see for yourself.
